1. Booking Confirmation
A booking confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours of your request. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us to ensure your booking is secured.2. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This can be paid via a secure payment link sent via email. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, bank transfer, or cash. A detailed invoice will be provided via email following the completion of your service.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. You are allowed one reschedule within 30 days of your original booking date. Failure to attend the rescheduled appointment will result in the cancellation of the service and a forfeiture of the 25% deposit.4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a minimum of 3 days’ notice. Any cancellations or changes must be made via phone at 0000000 or by email at info@bsdetailing.co.uk Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.5. Vehicle Assessment
Before commencing any work, we will conduct a full exterior and interior assessment of your vehicle. This assessment must be reviewed and signed by the vehicle owner or an authorized representative. Any pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, or scuffs, will be documented and shared with you. Please raise any concerns before signing and prior to the start of any work.6. Working Environment Requirements
To perform our services effectively, we require a minimum clearance of 3–4 feet around the entire vehicle. The vehicle must be parked in an easily accessible area. If adequate working space is not available, we may be unable to proceed with the service.7. Weather Policy
As a mobile detailing service, our operations are subject to weather conditions. If we cannot perform the service to a professional standard due to weather, we reserve the right to reschedule. New appointments will be mutually agreed upon as soon as possible.8. Queries and Complaints
